Bring your Authentic Self to a new Management Position

Bring your Strengths – and your most Authentic Self– to Work each day.  In many organizations, it’s the employees who are really good at their jobs who are promoted to management.  They want to excel in this role, too, but they quickly realize that they are now in a position for which they have no training or experience.

It is highly worthwhile for a new manager to spend some time reviewing their strengths and identifying how these can help them be successful in their new role.
